Volunteer Opportunity: Liturgical Linen Ministry

We are seeking volunteers to assist with the care of our liturgical linens. This ministry involves taking home the purificators and finger towels used during weekday Masses, washing and ironing them on a weekly basis. If you feel called to serve in this quiet but meaningful way, please contact Lupita or Mari at the parish office at 956-262-1347.

All Souls Day Memorial Candles

Candles bearing the names of your loved ones, prepared for All Souls Day, are now available at the entrance of the Church in Edcouch and at the base of the Altar in La Villa. Parishioners are welcome to take their candle home as a remembrance of those faithfully departed.

Pictures for the Altar of Repose

Parishioners are invited to bring photographs of their deceased loved ones to be placed at the Altar of Repose in the church. These memorials will remain on the altar throughout the month of November as we honor and pray for the souls of the faithful departed. To ensure proper care and return, please write your name and phone number on the back of each photo. Thank you for participating in this meaningful tradition of remembrance and prayer.

Thank You for a Successful Community Event

Baptism Instructional Class & Ceremony

The Baptism Instructional Class for parents and godparents will be held on Thursday, November 13 at 6:30 PM at the St. Theresa Parish Hall. Attendance is mandatory for both parents and godparents. Baptisms will take place on Saturday, November 15 at 10:00 AM at St. Theresa Church.

La Clase de Instrucción para el Bautismo dirigida a padres y padrinos se llevará a cabo el jueves 13 de noviembre a las 6:30 p.m. en el salón parroquial de St. Theresa. La asistencia es obligatoria tanto para los padres como para los padrinos.

Young Adult Gathering

All young adults 18 to 30 are invited to join our young adult ministry. We meet on the first and third Sunday's of the month from 5pm—7pm at the parish hall in Edcouch. Join us for an evening of fun and faith sharing.
